Miami gets another one of their stars back

Junior Cornerback Michael Jackson has decided to come back to the U for his senior season!

Jackson now joins safety Jaquan Johnson who already made his announcement that he would be back for his senior season. Jackson had 4 interceptions last season and was one of the pillars of this Miami defense.

In a statement on his personal twitter account, Jackson said he was coming back to finish what he started. And now to go along with Jaquan Johnson, Jackson will await the decision of their two teammates RJ McIntosh and Kendrick Norton.

Norton and McIntosh have yet to announce if they will return for their senior seasons. But now with their two fellow pillars on the defense announcing their returns, hopefully that will inspire them to come back and finish what they started along side Johnson and Jackson.

This was a special defense to watch last season, just imagine how great they could be if all 4 of these men came back to play out their senior seasons and make one more run at a national title. Two down, two to go.
