Westbrook v. Fan Following Denver Defeat

Thursday night, Oklahoma City Thunder lost in a close game against the Denver Nuggets.

With 1.4 seconds left in the game, shooting guard, Gary Harris, got the job done with a three-pointer at the buzzer to secure a 127-124 win for the Denver Nuggets.

After Harris made the game-winning shot, a fan unexpectedly ran loose onto the Denver Pepsi Center court and screamed in Westbrook’s face.

In response, Westbrook pushed the man away from him.

A referee and arena employee then intervened and removed the unruly fan.

According to ESPN, the NBA will review the incident.

Westbrook later spoke about the incident calling the fan’s actions “unacceptable.”
