Kyler Murray has chosen football, now the Dolphins need to make the right choice

The latest statistical surge has been led by the quarterbacks who will play in the Orange Bowl semifinal on Jan. 29, when No. 1 Alabama faces No. 4 Oklahoma. Both Heisman Trophy winner Murray (205.72) of Oklahoma and Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa (202.30) are on pace to break the record for passer efficiency rating set by former Sooners quarterback Baker Mayfield (198.92) last season. Heisman trophy winner Kyler Murray had to make choice between pro football or pro baseball, and apparently, he’s made up his mind.
Murray announced today that he’s chosen football, tweeting that he’s “firmly and fully” committed to becoming an NFL quarterback, and said football “has been my love and passion my entire life’.
Murray was drafted by the Oakland A’s in the first round of last year’s draft and was due to report to spring training later this week. He’ll have to return most of his $1.5 million signing bonus but, I’m sure he will make that up in the NFL.
So, now that Murray has FINALLY made his choice, the Dolphins now have a choice of their own to make. I have been very vocal about what they should do here. Draft Murray! the QB of the future is available a year sooner than expected.
Do not pass this opportunity up Miami!
