Bills player gets in heated confrontation with official after FL game

Jerry Hughes, the defensive end for the Buffalo Bills appeared to confront an unidentified official after Sunday’s loss to the Miami Dolphins.

Hughes was caught on video yelling at an official in the tunnel of Hard Rock Stadium accusing the official of calling him the b-word.

He reportedly had to be restrained by a teammate and a staff member.

As he walked away, he can be heard saying “I’m going to knock his a-word out when I see him,” reiterating his accusation against the official.

Following the incident Hughes denied┬áhaving an altercation with the official and told reporters he “did not recall” whether some official called him an offensive word during the game, ESPN reports.

The NFL has launched an investigation into the incident.

The Dolphins beat the Bills 21-17.
