Dolphins Defense Stop Jets

No matter the end result of the game, the Miami Dolphins will take the win to keep their hopes alive in the AFC East. The 13-6 victory was as offensive as you can get from Brock Osweiler. The Dolphins QB had his worst game of the year, but it was the Defense that came to the rescue. The Dolphins Defense scored more points than the Offense. In the end, Osweiler finished with his worst stat line of the season throwing 15 of 24 for 139 yards with no touchdowns with a passer rating was 78.3 against the New York Jets.

This was a great rebound for the Miami Dolphins Defense that struggled the past 3 weeks. The only odd moment came when Rashad Jones took himself out of the game in the 1st quarter. Although he stayed on the sidelines the rest of the game, there is no word yet on why Jones pulled himself from the game. Either way, the Miami Dolphins Defense came away with 4 Interceptions and Jerome Baker scored the only touchdown off a Sam Darnold Interception. It’s amazing how Miami have won games with a backup quarterback and a beat up offensive line.

Maybe the Brock Osweiler magic has run out in Miami… The same can go with the Adam Gase Project…

Special thanks to CBS Miami and the great Jim Berry for the coverage.
