Bruce Arians is your new head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and it’s all thanks to… Cubs manager Joe Maddon? Turns out Maddon played a role in luring Arians out of retirement to take over the Bucs, by convincing him that Tampa is a great place to live. Maddon, who used to manage the Rays and still lives in the area, first met Arians about four years ago during Cubs spring training in Arizona, when Arians was coaching the Cardinals. Was Arians a good choice for the Bucs?  Why do you think they went with an older veteran coach instead of a younger one as seems to be the trend?
