The Hurricanes continue to look toward what they hope will be a strong 2020 season.

Jalen Rivers – considered one of the state’s best offensive linemen – announced on Sunday morning via Twitter that he has committed to UM:

The 6’5, 330-pound Rivers chose Miami over Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Florida State.

Coming from Oakleaf High School in Orange Park, Florida, he is the 18th-ranked offensive tackle nationally, and no. 152 overall, according to 24/7Sports.

On Friday, Ousman Traore, a 6’3, 325-pound guard, announced he was transferring to Miami and is eligible to play immediately.
